Customer Testimonial
On behalf of the Social Club committee and our members, I would like to say a huge thank for a fantastic night on Friday. We truly appreciate the hard work you went to create a bespoke murder mystery event for us. You thought about all the venue and guest challenges and created an event that worked seamlessly and was great fun. What I loved about the design of the event was the flexibility for people to get involved as much or as little as they wanted yet still have fun. The design of the event also encouraged guests to socialise outside of their normal bubble. At our events we typically see guests staying in their own groups, however the purpose of social club events is to network and meet people you would not normally speak to in your day-to-day role. Your design achieved this beautifully and it was great to see people interacting. Thank you so much.

FAQ
Does the murderer know they are the murderer?
No, but they play the game the same as everyone else. The murderer is a specific character that the host will pick at the start of the night but that person does not know they are the murderer.
Our experience has shown that this is the better strategy. When someone knows they are the murderer they often act "nervous" or "different" and this can cause people to choose them just by how they are acting. We want everyone to enjoy the game whether they are the murderer or not.
Can you hold a murder mystery party at home?
Yes, murder mystery parties are commonly held at home and are ideal for house parties, dinners, and small gatherings. Home is free, easy to setup and you have full control over the space.

Yes, I have done it myself hundreds of times. You may need helpers or assistants but only one person is required to run the show.
How do you keep everyone involved in a large group murder mystery?
The games are naturally engaging but there are a number of tricks of the trade.
- Guest work in teams or groups and never on their own.
- For groups larger than 80 people you really need them seated in teams at a table.
- For groups larger than 80 and especially larger than 120 you need a very large roving microphone.
How do you run a murder mystery for a large group?
You need one dedicated presenter to run the show. It is also a great idea to have 2 or 3 nominated helpers to run out materials etc.
How do guests know what they are supposed to do during the mystery?
For groups of 60 to 120 people, the presenter will guide the activity step by step.
In the Mega Edition games each team has a leader. The leader is supplied with clear instructions of what to do next and then they guide their team with the presenter's help.
