I have a discount voucher. What do I do?
All vouchers have a special code (usually 4 characters long). When placing your order, at the final stage there is a place to enter your code. The shopping cart will automatically calculate your discount.
What is your refund policy?
We’ve spent many years refining our games to make them the best they can be. However, we understand that sometimes a game may not be the right fit for your needs. That’s why we offer a simple, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your game for a full refund.
Boxed murder mystery games must be returned unused and at the customer’s expense. Please note that any original postage costs are non-refundable.
Download murder mystery games must be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. You must also delete any downloaded files.
