Physical Products

Boxed murder mystery games must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original postage charges are non-refundable.

Digital Products

Downloadable murder mystery games may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. You must delete any downloaded files as part of the refund process.
