Yes, I have done it myself hundreds of times. You may need helpers or assistants but only one person is required to run the show.

The games are naturally engaging but there are a number of tricks of the trade.

1. Guest work in teams or groups and never on their own.
2. For groups larger than 80 people you really need them seated in teams at a table.
3. For groups larger than 80 and especially larger than 120 you need a very large roving microphone.

You need one dedicated presenter to run the show. It is also a great idea to have 2 or 3 nominated helpers to run out materials etc.

For groups of 60 to 120 people, the presenter will guide the activity step by step.

In the Mega Edition games each team has a leader. The leader is supplied with clear instructions of what to do next and then they guide their team with the presenter's help.

With the characters you make sure you always have more than you need.

In the Mega Edition games each team receives clue packs that the team leader manages.
